I was hoping you could give me some suggestions on how to get past the fear of joining a gym. I don’t want to look like a newbie, but honestly, I don’t know what I’m doing. I’ve been trying to do your yoga series religiously but feel I need to get out of the house and get my body moving too. Any tips to get past this mental block of feeling like a newbie?

I feel like I take care of my health but I can’t seem to stop looking in the mirror and thinking negative thoughts about my body. I’m so tired of feeling like I’m not good enough and find I’m actually talking out loud to the mirror. Is there any hope to stop this cycle? I know it can’t be healthy.
