Embark Power Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups quinoa flour
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 cup Honest Kitchen Grain Free Turkey Recipe dry mix
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 egg
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/4 cup Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 baking pan with olive oil.
- Mash banana in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl mix the quinoa flour, mashed banana, Embark, cranberries, honey and egg together thoroughly until dough forms.
- Place batter in baking pan. Use a spatula to level the batter so the bars bake evenly.
- Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
