No matter how you celebrate the holiday season, food is a major part of those celebrations. And no holiday spread is complete without the right drinks. We all have our favorite festive drink, whether it’s hot chocolate, apple cider, eggnog, holiday punch, or even your favorite cocktail.
Unfortunately, a lot of those holiday favorites are high in sugar, fat, and are full of not-so-great ingredients like dairy and alcohol. While there are plenty of ways to make traditional holiday drinks healthy, sometimes it’s just easier to skip the mental gymnastics and find a healthy drink you can enjoy without guilt. And really Beauties, you shouldn’t feel guilty about food anyway. :)
