Namaste Beauties and welcome to our practical enlightenment meditation, where our theme today is Bringing Forth the Warrior. I really love this topic. There’s a whole chapter in my new book, which is called You Are more Than You Think You Are – Practical Enlightenment For Everyday Life, where I talk about different soul qualities that are very important to access within yourself and develop in order to reach your highest potential and to create your most epic, amazing life. These upcoming meditations here are inspired by the book, which you can pre-order now, and you will get the first few chapters immediately, if you do so.
This quality of being a warrior is something that you may not think of necessarily for yourself. You may not associate with this quality right now, but it is the quality of perseverance. Of following through and going for it. It’s also the quality of serving others.
When we are warrior for good, it means that we are focusing our energy for the benefit of all, for the greater good. And it calls in so much more energy than if we’re just working for ourselves. This very important quality of being a warrior is something that we’re going to focus on in our meditation today.
Let’s get started…
Guided Meditation
Please take a comfortable seat with your hips elevated on a cushion on the ground or in a chair with your feet nice and flat on the ground.
Take a couple of nice, deep breath in and out through your nose, and then right away, make sure to lift your spine so your posture is upright and your chin is parallel to the ground.
Bring your hands into fists, closing your fingers in and curl your thumbs around your fingers.
Bring both fists, stacked on top of left, right in front of your belly, right in front of your solar plexus.
As you bring your fist together, one on top of the other, I’d like you to draw your shoulders back, elbows back, chest forward and feel the energy. A warrior, holding a sword, holding a staff, standing strong right in your seat right here, right now. Feel the energy, coursing your body, bringing your fist together.
And now you’re going to lift your chin up, stretching out your neck, cervical spine and bring your neck forward. Stretch the back of your neck and the attachments down into your shoulders, and keep your fist stacked.
A couple more cycles like that. Chin up, chin down, elbows back. Keep your heart forward.
One last cycle, chin up, chin down. And now straight-forward, facing forward.
Chin parallel to the ground. Feel the full posture of the warrior.
Feel the strength, the focus being able to call in more energy than you have realized because you have that perseverance within you. That ability to really go forward as a warrior to create, to serve others for the benefit of many, for the collective.
Take another deep breath into this beautiful, strong posture. Feel how it emanates through every cell strength, standing strong and true as the warrior and gently.
Now bring your hands down to your lap. Palms facing up.
Still feel that warrior strength, coursing through every cell in your being and take a couple deep breaths now in and out through your nose. Keeping your heart open and shoulders back, you can always have good posture without feeling rigid or tight. It can be strong and soft at the same time. Find that balance.
Setting the Intention for Today
Breathe all the way down into your belly and listen to the seed intention or repeat it to yourself.
I Am a warrior for good.
I Am a warrior for good.
I Am a warrior for good.
I Am a warrior for good.
I Am a warrior for good.
I channel my focus and my energy into right action to help, not just myself, but others around me to serve the greater good and to bring forward love, compassion, hope, and inspiration into whatever I pursue.
I Am a warrior for good.
I will use my energy for right action and to help support all others.
I Am a warrior for God.
I feel that growing energy, rising inspiration.
Keep breathing down into your strength, into your warrior powered side of you. And remember that you can channel your warrior energy into your unique ways out into the world and anyway that you feel called to do. You can bring that warrior energy, which includes service good to all.
Take another few deep breaths.
You can sit here as long as you like. Bring your hands together into prayer position in front of your heart valve.
The humble warrior always feels gratitude for anything and everything.
All the love and support. So grateful for you and our connection. Sending you much love and strength.
Om shanti om. Peace and love. Namaste.
