He is a naturopathic physician, biochemist Iridologist, and a Master Herb Bist. Dr has been in practice for over 50 years and he has a center where he has had a incredibly high success rate in helping to heal people that have diseases and cancer and many different illnesses through his different protocols of raw food cleansing and working to better the efficiency of the lymphatic system. Dr. Morse is a legend and I very much appreciate his work and his books. Interview with Dr. Robert Morse
Kimberly: 00:00 Doctor, it’s so wonderful to be with you today. I’ve been such a fan of your work and everything that you’ve put out in the world for decades. I was a raw foodist myself for a while. I’m still vegan, but I studied at the Anne Wigmore Institute a couple times and all around <laugh>. So amazing. So, thank you. First of all, I just wanna say thank you for, for being this true healer in the world. Really just helping to go against some of these, um, incredibly, you know, big, big myths that are constantly fed to us as a society about how to eat and what to take care of, how to take care of ourselves. And often we find that people are just so confused.
Dr. Morse: 00:49 Yes, that’s true. And it’s too bad because health is simplistic. Uh, but they makes it so complicated. And I think it’s more like the medical mind. They try to tear into things they don’t understand without the foundation. And foundation is easy to understand is there’s only two sides to chemistry.
Kimberly: 01:10 Yeah.
Dr. Morse: 01:11 And the body’s just a bunch of cells and two foots
Kimberly: 01:14 <laugh>. So, so, one thing I wanna ask you, doctor, is you have this, um, healing center and you’ve worked with many different people that have cancer and lots of different diseases and just helping them really heal themselves. What would you say to someone that says, well, I’m pretty healthy. I don’t have a disease. I wanna continue to, to grow in health, but do I have to, you know, and, and there’s all levels of the scale, but eat this, this way that’s promoting detoxification, lots of raw foods long term, or is that something you just suggest periodically?

Dr. Morse: 01:47 Well, there’s no one that’s totally healthy, that’s for sure. Mm-hmm. And one of the best ways to determine what’s coming your way and your genetics is getting a picture of your iris iron. Mm. And getting a picture of your eyes. Now you can see every cell in your body and you can see your lymphatic system. And that’s the big deal. It is. The other deal with someone like that is, and everybody is pee in a jar and look at it, especially in the morning urines. And if it’s clear you’re in trouble. So you might feel good today and tomorrow have tumors all through you. So it is taking a look through the eye at the inner world of your body, especially if you feel pretty good. You just wanna work on certain things. Then you get to look at where you get to look at the liver, the gallbladder, the pancreas, your GI tract. You can see everything in your body and where you really need to work. Mm. But the biggest factor is making sure your kidneys are filtering because your kidneys control the elimination of acids from the cells. So, Dr. Excuse
Kimberly: 02:48 Me. I was say, so are you completely raw
Dr. Morse: 02:52 Still? Uh, not completely anymore.
Kimberly: 02:54 Yeah. You eat some cooked food. <laugh>,
Dr. Morse: 02:57 I have a little stir fragments in, in a while. Little cook vegetables once in a while. Kind as a grounding agent. Yes. Uh, I even eat salads, uh, before it is mainly fruit.
Kimberly: 03:07 Right.
Dr. Morse: 03:08 It’s probably 75% fruit.
Kimberly: 03:11 And so can you tell a little bit about protein, which we talk about a lot, but people say, how could someone live off fruit and No, but listen, doctor, as you know, we’re in an age where people are pushing not just paleo and keto, but they’re pushing the carnivore diet. Have you heard of this? Diet is all meat, no vegetables, forget about fruit, which has sugar, but no vegetables. So can you talk about the

Kimberly: 03:38 The energy of fruit, and then protein because it’s so, um, misunderstood.
The energy of fruit vs protein
Dr. Morse: 03:44 Yes. To help understand some of that, first you have to look at mother’s milk. And in mother’s milk it’s about seven half percent carbon, which is sugars. A half of that. A little over 3% is lipids and less than 1% protein. Mm.
03:58 And that’s it. Your formative, that’s an, an infant. So then fast forward to looking at the different species. You know, man’s confused at what species he belongs to. Is he a primate? Is he a lion? You know, and all of that. So in my books, I tear it apart. I show you the limbs, the teeth, every part of the body, the gi tract, the inner physiology and anatomy, and show you the tremendous differences between the four basic vertebras. And we are frug AVOs in our, we’re primate and we’re frug AVOs in the way our body’s made up. Well, fruit just happens to have the highest electrical magnetic energy on the planet. So let’s say a, uh, Lou GEs or Ms. Case, right? They’re in a wheelchair, they can’t talk anymore. Say they have seven brain lesions. If I put ’em all on fruit, just fruit, I can have ’em up walking and talking in about five and a half, six months.
04:52 Wow. If I give ’em vegetables, no way. They can’t do it. They, they, the magnetic energy and a vegetable is about 4,000 less than that of a fruit. And when we talk about the electrical system, that’s, that’s an energetic system. So on one of my sites, I have a whole string of videos showing tissue regeneration. Cause that’s what I’m into. How do you rebuild tissue in the body? How do you rebuild your liver? How do you rebuild your nervous system? Cuz in the medical community, nothing’s, nothing rebuilds itself. You know, and that’s all fallacy. Everything rebuilds itself, even genetic weaknesses. And I show you, I took a toe that they wanted to amputate cuz there was just tissue hanging there just on fruit, no protein. I rebuilt that toe and I have all the pictures. And this guy was a diabetic and he has no more, he doesn’t have high blood pressure no more. And he has a toe.
Kimberly: 05:41 Right. And doctor I met you were talking about whole fruits. So we’re not telling people to just have fruit juice all day, but the fiber, the complete nutritional package, the way that God and nature created it.
Dr. Morse: 05:52 Exactly. I’m not so much a juice man. Uh, because one, you can burn out doing it all the time. And like you said, you can get the fiber out of it and everything I like, just as God made it, eat it as the tree gave it to you or the plant. Yeah, yeah. Yeah.
Kimberly: 06:06 So we, we can eat fruit in large amounts and especially in summer and and heal the body. Would you say there’s certain people at first, if they have like a, you know, a blood, you know, whatever blood sugar condition or diabetic, maybe at first they eat lower sugar fruit, but then work towards fruit in general?

Dr. Morse: 06:24 You could, but the other thing to this is, if you’re a type two A type two is adrenal gland weaknesses. And you’ve gotta fix the adrenal glands because if you have a type two, you’re going to have your blood sugar go up. Even on simple sugars, fruit, simple sugars, vegetables are basically simple sugars, but more glucose. And here’s the difference. Glucose requires insulin to help carry through a cell wall. Fruit toast does not. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So on a type one where they claim you have, uh, insulin problems, fruit goes, we put ’em all on fruit, and the blood sugar starts coming, coming down. But behind that, we’re fixing the beta cells in the pancreas, or we’re after the adrenal glands. So once we fix those, everything goes back to normal. The kidneys start functioning better and everything goes back to normal.
Kimberly: 07:08 Well, would you say to someone that says, my, I would include my husband in this category that says, I love fruit. I feel really great, but what about my muscles? You know, I wanna feel, I don’t wanna get small and weak. Okay. As a, you know, a vegetarian or fruitarian, we, I’m sure you hear this a lot too, doctor.

Dr. Morse: 07:25 Yeah. Well, fruitarian, once you detoxification is a highly misunderstood process because yeah, you’re gonna go down if you’re malabsorbed and everything else, but your body will start rebuilding muscle at a certain point. Uh, however, I work with Mr. Olympians, some of the trainers of Mr. Olympians and, uh, they don’t wanna go down too far. They don’t wanna detox that deep. So we use greens, we use green juices, kinda like Hippocrates. I knew Anne, we more personally, but I used alfalfa. I had horses. I’m an old farm boy. I had horses. And, uh, we trained them for barrel racing. Well, we used alfalfa pay and stuff. Alf pack muscles on kelp dos, things like this. And you can keep nice muscles on and not lose your kidneys, not get ra, you eat protein, you’re gonna go down. It’s inflammatory.
Kimberly: 08:12 What about the, the, the healthy fats doctor? Like let’s say if you’re eating a raw, you know, just making sure you’re getting avocados or nuts. But when you were doing, I read in your book you were, you ate full oranges,

Dr. Morse: 08:24 Just oranges Yeah.
Kimberly: 08:25 For months. And you just, your energy was like
Dr. Morse: 08:27 Banana for a year. For a year. I just did just oranges and
Kimberly: 08:31 Wow.
Dr. Morse: 08:32 God. I had Naples all year long that year. I, I couldn’t sleep. I was outta my body more than in, uh, I, there was no deficiency in my body. It’s the best feeling I’ve ever had in my entire life. I started picking up vegetables. I didn’t feel that good.
Kimberly: 08:48 Wow. Wow. So there’s almost this efficiency that happens, which western medicine doesn’t always recognize where your body starts to be self-sustaining. When we’re in this very high energetic state. And I have experienced that too, doctor, I’m mostly a fruitarian in the summers. And what happens is I actually feel my body getting more toned and more defined, and I’m not working out more. There’s just this, um, this efficiency. I, it’s hard to even explain.
Dr. Morse: 09:18 Well, in the wintertime it’s alkaline and in, in nature and in creation there’s, there’s a balance between Y and yang. So there’s only two sides of chemistry. There’s bass or alkaline. And then of course the acid side, the alkaline side of chemistry is the hydrating high, high electrolyte side, electron rich type, uh, chemistry. The acid side is the a as the corrosive side, that’s a more proton rich. And that side is all acid ash foods, which is proteins, beans, grains, mostly pasteurized dairy products. These create an acid ash in the body, which robs the body of calcium. And your body’s not met. The first first flood hit is the blood. And that has to be an alkaline slurry. Well, you have to eat alkaline rich hydrating foods, but man loves the acid side of chemistry. And so that’s why you can’t do protein. Plus the body can’t use protein, it can only use amino acids.
Kimberly: 10:14 Wow. So on a, a big, uh, subset of, or say a subset that we hear about a lot in our community, doctor, is women trying to get pregnant today. And I know firsthand being a, a plant-based mother, I have two small children. My family, um, is plant-based besides my husband. He goes in and out <laugh>. But, um, you know, I I I like to hear different perspectives. So I literally read a traditional Chinese medicine book over the past week for pregnant women. And it was like, you need all the bone broth. You need all the, the deep fats and protein. So what we’re seeing today is a, a big issue for a lot of people getting pregnant. Can you talk a little bit about your perspective and what you would recommend to a woman who was looking to get pregnant and perhaps having challenges?
Dr. Morse shares his perspective for women who want to get pregnant
Dr. Morse: 11:01 So we have a ton of moms with sweet babies that couldn’t concede before. Mm-hmm. And it’s simply because people forget they have a pituitary gland. And pituitary gland controls your ability to con to get pregnant. You that controls your monthly mitsis and all this. So if you’re short or tall, you’re gonna have female problems. And that’s because the pituitary’s involved. Mm-hmm. And you wanna fix that. And then of course, the kidneys control the lymphatic system once you understand what your lymphatic system is, which is basically the sewer system to all the cells. And then if your kidneys are not filtering that and your skin is not sweating that you’re gonna build up all this inflammation or acids in the body. And that’ll start suppressing the function of pituitary thyroids. Parathyroids. The other thing to this is postpartum, postpartum depression is why you just see this lady kill three of her babies. Andrea Yatesy always mentioning her, which found five of her babies. If you look at her, she’s really gone. She has wrinkled skin. That’s parathyroid weakness. Parathyroid controls your body’s ability to utilize calcium, but you have ait weakness and or a parathyroid weakness. You’re not gonna utilize calcium properly. And depression is a huge side effect of that. It’s, it’s not a mental health issue. It’s a, it’s a chemistry issue. And so we can fix the parathyroids, pull you out of postpartum depressions and stuff like this. But that affects connective tissue in your skeletal system too.
Kimberly: 12:33 So how do we, having
Dr. Morse: 12:34 Weak bones, saggy skin, all kinds of collapses in the body,
Kimberly: 12:38 How, how do we, um, support our pituitary?
Dr. Morse: 12:42 Well, I use botanicals mostly. I’m kind of a botanical man. I created a botanical company years ago. Cause I love herbs. Herbs are not for diseases. Diseases as an illusionary concept made up by the medical community. There’s cause and effect. Everything is true science. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, you know, so everything you see in this physical world is chemistry. You’re either too acidic or too alkaline. And in 99.9% of the cases you’re way too acidic. And that breeds inflammation. Everything you see in the world of diseases is acidosis. It’s location, location and degree of acidosis. You know, when you see a can, what they call a cancer cell that’s just a degenerative, uh, mutated cell. What c of chemistry does that? And that’s acids. Well, you only have two fluids around all the cells in your body. One’s blood kitchen. One is the lymphatic fluids, sewer system. Every sale poops. And you gotta be able to eliminate waste outta your body as well as you’ve gotta feed it. Right. So you have two things to think about. Consumption. Right. And elimination.
Kimberly: 13:46 So if we’re consuming cleanly and lots of raw foods and fruit and vegetables and all, you know, we, the foods we know really great for us and we’re eliminating naturally, then our pituitary and our kidneys would balance.
How to balance your pituitary and the kidneys
Dr. Morse: 14:00 Yeah. If you use some, some of these pituitaries are pretty chronic and they’re tied to the gut, of course, genetically speaking and embryology, everything’s tied to the GI tract. So we go in and we fix these through botanicals and diet. Cause diet will fix you right up. But it might be a long time coming. So we use botanicals. I have formulas for pituitaries, gut tissue and everything like that. So I rebuild the human form and it’s fun to do.
Kimberly: 14:27 So. So, so you think if someone’s, um, challenged with pregnancy or, you know, complications to, to, to clean, to cleanse, to detox, and to think about herbs for their pituitary,
Dr. Morse: 14:40 You have to, cause you’ve got ovarian cyst, uterine fibroids out there are high. All this is kidney issue. Everything you see traces back to kidney filtration. Once you fix that, ovarian CST will come out. The inflammation, uh, endometriosis, things like this comes out of the uterine wall. Uh, everything starts healing. But you gotta remember the pituitary connection. If you can’t conceive or your monthly cycles or faint or you don’t have ’em anymore, that’s pituitary weakness and you’ve gotta fix that. So there’s two things ladies have to think about. Parathyroid glands and postpartum, but also structure of baby as well. And also their pituitary, the ability to conceive and hold to term properly. So I I suspect it, uh, uh, if you wanna have a child spend about six months of your life, learning how to get healthy and, uh, go after that. And then you’ll have the most beautiful baby and then in comes a higher consciousness and you’ll have a soul in that baby that is a higher order. Yeah. And you’ll have a lot of fun.
Kimberly: 15:41 Right. <laugh>, do you have kids? Doctor
Dr. Morse: 15:44 Two.
Kimberly: 15:45 Oh, beautiful. Yeah. Beautiful.
Dr. Morse: 15:47 Three, two boys.
Kimberly: 15:48 Oh, like me, two boys as well?
Dr. Morse: 15:50 Yeah. Yep. Except mine’s 54 and 43 <laugh>.
Kimberly: 15:54 Oh wow. <laugh>. That’s wonderful. <laugh>. So, um, yeah, it’s, it’s just so interesting. You, you know, this is one of the reasons people get confused, doctor, when you, when you go, let’s say a lot of pregnant people go to acupuncture. I was just reading this, um, you know, traditional Chinese medicine book or even Ayurveda, they talk a lot about dampness and coldness and that we need to eat the cooked foods so that we don’t create this in this dampness in the kidneys. What would you say to, what would you say to someone confused by that?

Dr. Morse: 16:25 I say get out of that kind of thinking and go to the more simplistic thinking. You have two sides of chemistry. The alkaline is the cold side of chemistry. So winter is cold. Notice that in the winter times is when all the cold and flu-like symptoms come. That’s because it’s alkaline. And when you start eating alkaline and your body’s acidic, it’s gonna start cleaning itself out of all the mucus, all the acids out of the body, you’re gonna notice where your weaknesses are. All these things like this, the asset side of chemistry, of course is hot inflammatory. So the tropics are hot. That’s more of an acidic envir environment. But all the foods are fruits and all this sort of thing. And so it’s a balance. So when you live in northern climates and it’s cold, you don’t, it’s hard to eat just fruit. Yeah. I’ve got any mess. Case they got a cancer, whatever their problems are, I gotta get ’em on the fruit. Then they gotta warm up with herbal teas or some way because it’s, you’re outta balance. And we as homo sapiens don’t have the ability to stay warm per se. And if you have a thyroid weakness, you definitely can’t stay warm.
Kimberly: 17:30 Wow. So you have people still do the raw foods, but are you’re okay with tea? You said herbal tea. How bad do you think caffeine is? <laugh> taking everything from us,
Thoughts on herbal teas and the effects
Dr. Morse: 17:42 Hard on the kidneys and a pretty good stimulant. Teas are tannin rich, but not as much as, let’s say, uh, lipid tea. You know, tans do hurt the kidneys. Alkaloids go after the liver. But in herbs they buffer each other. And so herbs are for body parts, not diseases. So there’s herbs for the liver, herbs for the heart. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So when you take botanicals, you’re taking them for the body parts that you need. I just developed a system through the ears that when you come to me and you’re hurting, I’m gonna go after you. I’m gonna clean, clean all the worms outta you gotta get the fungus outta you, uh, moles and warts off of you. But I’m going in and going in enhanced brain function, nerve function. I’m gonna fix the adrenal gland, which most people have. Adrenaline, kidney weakness. I don’t know if anybody that does it. And so this is where all the lower backs come in and all the things like that. Wow. So we fixed them up and then you start pulling your body back into a state of wellness. And now endless energy. Uh, I’m 73 and hardly sleep. I have more energy than I need. And sometimes I have to eat, like say some cook stuff just to keep myself grounded. <laugh>.
Kimberly: 18:49 Oh my gosh. Well you can feel it in your voice and you can feel this energy coming where it’s, it’s coming from such a deep place. Okay. You know, and it’s a propped up with caffeine and things. So what do you say doctor? Yeah. When people come to you and they say, because there’s so much about, um, individualization this day. Like my body’s this and this, my body’s like this. So what if people say, well, okay, that sounds good, but I need, I thrive on animal protein. I need more of this or that. Do people say that to you? Cuz they say that to me sometimes.
Dr. Morse: 19:21 And that’s all Bo hockey, that’s all ridiculous stuff. We’re all physiologically of spaces.
Kimberly: 19:26 Right.
Dr. Morse: 19:26 The female versus the male parts. Everybody has a liver pancrea. The difference is in genetic weaknesses, strengths. You know, some people feel they need proteins to, uh, to stay, uh, to stay, uh, energetic and healthy. And it’s just cause proteins are stimulants. I’ll give you an example mm-hmm. As naked and afraid on tv, where they take a couple of naked people and they throw ’em somewhere out there and you have to survive for 21 days or whatever. So you get these body builders that are tough guys and they’re going out, they’re gonna survive, they’re gonna make it next Marines and stuff like that. Then you have this the girl, but she’s probably an herbalist or something. She doesn’t do hardly any protein. She eats the leaves and stuff. It’s the big guy with the muscles that always goes home first. You, your body does not use protein for energy to use to burn protein for energies. Like being in Alaska, you can’t get out to get any wood. And now you have to tear down your cabin walls to burn it to, to stay warm. Your body does not burn protein for energy. It burns carbon sugar.
Kimberly: 20:28 Wow. Um, so, uh, let’s talk about a, a big, uh, a big issue today is auto autoimmune conditions. It’s just the numbers are shocking how much it’s risen. This has to be in parallel with some of these diets that have been promoted. What would you say doctor to
Autoimmune conditions and if they’re linked to some of these popular diets
Dr. Morse: 20:46 That? Okay, so I don’t mean to offend anybody, but this sounds shocking, but autoimmune is a medical doctor. I don’t know what the heck the problem is, but it’s an autoimmune system problem. Your main immune system is your lymphatic system. And most, I have a lot of friends that are a and p professors to medical communities, colleges. And the biggest problem is A and p books do not teach the limb system. Matter of fact, most a and p books tell you there’s no lymphatic system in the brain. And the University of West Virginia just found two of them about four years ago. So the system, they don’t understand and they think the body dumps its acid waste back into the venous system, back into the blood. Well, if you compromise the blood with acid, you got about, uh, three minutes to live. So you, you, you can’t do that.
21:34 The body has to eliminate acids outside. So even if you ate off fruit and you ate berries, melons and vegetables, even those foods, their metabolite bypasses processes are acids. And these assets have to be excreted out. They can’t be recycled like carbon dioxide needs to come out. And so how does that happen? You have two kidneys, one for each side of the body and skin. So your right kidney controls your right drainage from your right brain to your little toe and your left to left. So if you notice, a lot of people start having tumors and trouble on one side of the body over the other. The body’s actually bilateral coming together as one unit. You have different blood pressures on each side of your body, different blood sugars on each side of your body. And they never check for those things. Cause they do not understand that if you don’t understand your sewer system, which is your main immune system, autoimmune, you have an inflammatory disease, lupus, slimes, uh, all these sort of things like easy to tear this stuff up.
Kimberly: 22:33 Wait, so we were saying that there’s not enough coming out to the limb system, but also doctor perhaps also not putting in so much acid in the first place.
Dr. Morse: 22:42 Thank you. That’s the number one. Don’t put in an added to the metabol lytic acid. So let’s say you’re out working at a gym, right? You’re work at a gym, you work out pretty good. You start to get stiff and sore, then you wake up stiff and sore the next day. What is that? That’s lactic acid. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, you create a lot of acids through increasing respiration and muscle movement, but your body couldn’t remove them.
Kimberly: 23:03 Mm.
Dr. Morse: 23:04 And what you create, your body has to remove it out. And that happens to happen through the kidneys and the skin. That’s why I say when you’re, uh, looking at your urine, it has to have sediment in it. Medical doctors think you have an infection when you have sediment in your urine. And that is untrue. That’s your metabol lytic acids. And they come from the lymph nodes where bacteria. So think about this. Each cell eliminates acids and about three pH. So most metabol lytic acids are at Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper level. So take a coke, put it in your mouth and try to hold it in your mouth without burning your mouth. You can’t do it. Three pH burns you. But these acids in your body burn your cells the same way. It’s how you get an atypical cell and then it, what they call a cancer or degenerative mutated cell. So the lymph nodes that you have are full of bacteria and those bacteria break these three phs and get ’em up to about six. That way when you pee, you’re not on your knees. <laugh>.
Kimberly: 24:01 Well, when you say there’s sediment in our urine, is it, is it just like a, a cloudiness or what is it supposed to look like? It
Dr. Morse: 24:07 A cloudiness or it can look like this? No. In your urine. Ah, yeah. You

Dr. Morse: 24:13 Little particles, and you wanna see that. Let it set there peter jar and let it set. And you should have a nice film on the bottom of white sediment. Look at Dr. People popper when she opens up a tumor. You see all that white G out of there, undrip, all the white stuff you see, that’s all acids. It’s kinda like if you didn’t change the diaper on a baby and uh, for, for say a couple of days and then you took the diaper off of your baby, what does the little bottom look like? Just pretty red burnt, right? Yeah. Cause urine should be Athens and you don’t gotta get acids out and away from your body or you get acidic and acids create inflammation.

Dr. Morse: 24:57 Roots, berries and melons are the best way to do it. Of course, vegetables are great as well. In other words, hydration.

Dr. Morse: 25:04 There’s so many acids Are dehydrates and alkaline chemistries. Hydrators. You notice when you’re on a run and you gotta have something to hydrate? Well, most people drink Gatorade. Where Gatorade has a pH of 2.65. Wow. It’s acidic. So if you wanna hydrate, you gotta do vegetable juices, you gotta do things like that.
Kimberly: 25:23 Well how, how much water do you drink a day now? Or do you get it mostly from fruit?
Dr. Morse: 25:28 Oh yeah. I, I eat a lot of fruit. Matter of fact, I ate fruit through the night. I’m a mango freak when you can get ’em.

Dr. Morse: 25:37 You know, I eat all kinds of fruits, but mangoes right now are some of my favorite, uh, bananas probably. Okay. I have a, a glass of naval orange juice every morning to start my day off with. Especially if I can find sweet navs. And, uh, and then I just love my mangoes. I’ll get up at three in the morning and, and eat a, eat a mango or two.

Kimberly: 26:01 <laugh>. How, how important do you think it is to rotate your fruit? To get a wider variety? I
Dr. Morse: 26:05 Don’t know. I don’t know. You know, look at most species, they’re mono eaters. Right? I think your body gets more out of mono eating than if you combine. I used to push the rainbow diet and salad and all the different colors. Yeah. But think about this, you know, confusion and digestion. Everything is simplistic. Even though we, to make it complicated and the more different fruits you have, I saw a mama orangutan once put two fruits in front of her. So she did have a selection of two different fruits. But if you watch, most, most animals have only one food at a time.
Kimberly: 26:37 What, and what about seasonal shifts? Do you ha do you make any sort of, so seasonally you change your fruit herbs?

Dr. Morse: 26:45 Yeah. Well, and with, with the fruit, this country’s difficult to get good fruit, you know? Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, we get ’em from, uh, the, the south seas and stuff like this. And so they’re radiated and stuff like this. So to have a fresh pineapple. And I have a medical doctor friend in Hawaii, he sends me these fresh rice. They’re amazing pineapples. These little golden pineapples. And I’m just, I mean, I’m coming them down. I nobody’s business and they’re so good. But if you buy ’em in a store, they’re onri, right? They’re green. Yeah. So put pineapple in the window hoping it’s gonna get ripe. It never truly gets ripe. It ferment. So when it turns yellow and orange, it’s not really ripe. It’s fermented. So it doesn’t have that mm-hmm. <affirmative> first peach taste, you know, that just pops in your face and goes, wow, man.
Kimberly: 27:33 Well, where do you live, doctor?
Dr. Morse: 27:35 I live in Florida.
Kimberly: 27:36 Oh yeah. Okay. Because I’m, I’m about 30% of the time in Hawaii. I’m in California. Oh, <laugh>. But we had these giant mango trees and in mango season they’re just falling all day. We have guava and banana. Uh, pineapple we just planted. And, um, coconuts, we, you know, tons every day we drink, we drink a lot of coconut water. But those gus are amazing.
Dr. Morse: 28:01 Oh man. I’m jealous. A lot of people don’t know what true plant or tree ripe fruit tastes like. Yeah. They dunno. Cause they’ve always bought outta the produce sections, you know, and it’s like, no vine rip plant, ripe tree. Right. Oh my God.
Kimberly: 28:17 Yeah. So, so, so going back to we’re lucky though, Dr. You know, we’re in warm places. Someone’s listening to this and they’re like, gosh, it’s just so cold in Canada for the month. Like, is it really so bad if I eat a vegetable soup? No. You know, besides, right. I mean, come on, look at the options out there versus people stuffing cows all day in the room. <laugh>.
Should you eat warm, cooked foods
Dr. Morse: 28:39 Well, let’s just say that you’re in a wheelchair though. Or you’ve got tumors in you and you’re trying to get these tumors out of you, then no, no
Kimberly: 28:47 One’s, no. Well that’s, that’s, yeah. If you’re healing, that’s a completely different conversation. But let’s say the average person, the average woman who’s, you know, who’s, um, looking to feel better always, but is regularly getting their period and has energy. Oh yeah. It’s okay to have
Dr. Morse: 29:06 Vegetables, cook vegetables, vegetable soups. Yep. Yeah, absolutely. But have it with a salad that way you

Dr. Morse: 29:11 All, all your enzymes with it and then you have your cooked and kind of nice little balance there. Absolutely.
Kimberly: 29:17 Absolutely. So I like how you keep emphasizing simplistic doctor that really resonates with me. And I really, um, I just reread this book recently, the detox <laugh>
Dr. Morse: 29:28 That book.
Kimberly: 29:30 But so one question that doesn’t, so one part that doesn’t feel simplistic to me, it’s just like, it opens this whole universe is herbs, right? Because then we got the Ayurvedic herbs and then you list a lot of herbs in here. And so then it starts to feel like, am I always supposed to be on herbs? How many am I supposed to be in? Do I rotate them? When do I need them? So can you share a little bit of your wisdom around that?

Dr. Morse: 29:52 Absolutely. I don’t use herbs all the time either. Only when I feel like my body needs them. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, uh, you don’t have to, we got people on herbs. Shania Twain was on herbs for several years and a lot of ’em. Mm-hmm. <affirmative> and that sort of thing. But, uh, if you’re not really going after anything, generally take ’em if you feel like you need ’em, but don’t if you don’t, uh, I’m not one that says you have to have herbs all the time. We only put you on herbs and then we cut, cut ’em down, cut ’em down, cut. I hit you hard when you come to me cause I’m going after you. Cause generally I don’t get cold and flu like symptoms. You know, you’re degenerating you’re in serious, serious trouble. You have large tumors or you’re in a wheelchair, all these things like that. Or you’re parachute getting open and you hit the ground. That sort of people. So we gotta rebuild you. Well then I’m real strict. I’m strict with the herbs and that sort of thing. When you get into Chinese or anal medicine and that sort of thing, or traditional medicine, you, you know, they got bear part or body animal parts and things like that. Shark bins and stuff like that. You herbology is uh, it’s just,
30:57 Yeah. I’m trying to bring in a fresh air understanding, uh, of a botanicals and their importance of uses. Uh, I get the Ayurvedic absolutely. But you have to be careful with that. The, uh, dampness and that sort of thing. You, if you come back more simplistic and learn that there’s only two sides of chemistry and most people are not al uh, over lar. Right. Most people are very over acidic.
Kimberly: 31:21 So can we talk about a couple specific things, doctor? Just, oh, first of all, can you talk a little about your success rate in the clinic and healing people with cancer

Dr. Morse: 31:34 So I’m gonna use their terminology, but we as nature pass, don’t treat diseases because I consider them just a, a fallacy, uh, an illusionary concept of the medical mind. Cause in effect, physics for every action there’s an office of equal. So everything has its cause to it. There’s, you know, a tumor has a cause to it, you know, uh, inflammation has a cause to it. And that causes always into chemistry. So of the people that come with their diagnosis of cancer and we’re going after the lymphatic system, cause remember all cancers of some type of lymphomas. Cause they’re all of the lymph system, right? We’re not going after cells that have been damaged. Cause that kills the human. We’re going after the system that damaged the cells. Mm. So we go after the lymphatic system, probably 90 out of a hundred people walk out free of it.
32:20 Wow. A hundred people, about 10% I say are just way too advanced. When they come to us, their tumors are football size or more. Uh, they’ve let ’em eat their breasts off. Lungs are pretty bad if they’ve done chemo. You know, you have to understand anybody that allows acids in the human body is, you know, very dangerous. You don’t, you nobody, someone throws a out of acid in your face. What would you say? And that most of those acids in the face are not as hot as chemotherapy. So chemotherapy literally destroys every cell in your body. Not, not, not fun. Not, not, not a good smart idea to, to try to go after sales of the body when as you have a system that controls their health and it’s all the lymphatic system. It’s just an, it’s just an ignorant level of understanding of health. Once you understand how simple that every house has kitchen, but they also have bathrooms. You gotta have your need and you gotta go to the bathroom. Well, so does your body. But it’s not just your stool and digestive waste. It’s cellular waste.
Kimberly: 33:23 You know, it’s like people wanna overcomplicate things. And I have this, I have a relative right now in the hospital doctor who’s in the middle of chemo. He has cancer that has come back and he says to me, and he also says it with like, kind of like this condescending, he said, well, my doctor told me I have to eat animal protein to get strong Lord. And I just, it, it’s like what do you do with that? Right? When someone already thinks they know and they’re not open, then I guess, you know, you can’t push someone. But it’s like, I just wanna say no, the animal protein is not gonna help you right now. It is the worst thing to put in
Dr. Morse: 33:59 You can do is turn ’em onto one of our videos where I get into that a little bit more

Dr. Morse: 34:05 Yeah. And if that doesn’t work, you give ’em a lot of love. Yeah. Cause you they’re gonna pass. It’s just a matter of time. The whole concept and cancer’s metastasized on you moved on you. No, they burnt you all over the place. You know, cells can’t come out. I did a whole video with an amp professor, good friend of mine, and talking about this whole stupidity of metastasizing. You cells can’t come out of tissue that’s been damaged and, and, and mutated and travel upstream. Like the, like the salmon go to a, go to another tissue far away, wiggle itself into it and already close tissue and make other cells, cancer cells because they are, that is, even kindergartners don’t think that bad <laugh>. I mean it’s just, it’s just not smart thinking. And the sad thing is that your, your loved one is, it fell into that thinking protein.
34:54 Uh, you’ll never come out of it. It’s an acid ash food and uh, you just can’t come out of that. Everything they’re doing to him is acid related. And so you can’t, acids are corrosive. Just get into chemistry book, get chemistry for idiots and just read what acids do to is see what the effect acids have on you. Or just get some acids that’s below two p hydrochloric acid in your stomach and pour it on your skin and see how you, what you think. Not not cool. And you can see some likes in New York or some people will walk down the street and some kid throws a a, a bat of battery in someone’s face and then you get to see what their face looks like. No chemotherapy burns. Look just like it.
Kimberly: 35:36 You know, it must be so frustrating to you, doctor. It is to me too. When I look out in society and we say the answers are there, we don’t have to suffer so much. But then you have some, I don’t wanna say the dark forces, but you have some very prominent people that are really pushing the meat. Yeah. And really pushing the bone broth and really pushing things. And um, it creates a lot of doubt in people’s mind. You know, we’re, we’re releasing a, a plant-based and a holistic pregnancy course to show that actually life begets life, you know, and all these different areas. Um, it’s just, it’s wild to me. You know, there’s just a lot of it. And I don’t know if this is part of the, you know, they say the Kali Yuga, like just the dark ages we’re in the, the forces that come up, you know, God created a lot of contrast on the planet.
Dr. Morse: 36:23 Spiritually. You’re talking spiritually, it’s just unconsciousness.
Kimberly: 36:26 Yeah.
Dr. Morse: 36:26 You know, it’s awareness. It’s a lack of awareness and no matter how big the name is and how big these people have built up. Yeah. Uh, lack of awareness. And a lot of medical doctors have big names, but they have lack a lot of awareness about true health.

Dr. Morse: 36:42 Supplements, you know, when you have people pushing. So I, I got rid of Orthomolecular science way back cuz you didn’t fit in the consciousness of holistic, like you’re saying. Yes. Right? Yes. It’s life and take treating your, your symptoms with supplements, it’s the same as using pharmaceuticals just doesn’t kill you as much. But, uh, you don’t get anywhere. You’re not addressing causative factors and nature Pass supposed to be addressing the cause of problems, not treating the effects of problems. You treat the effect of the problem. You’ll never know what the cause is. And that’s the problem. They’re chasing rainbows and the, and the answers are right in front of their face. But it’s like you, you’re aware you have more awareness. And of course this is the Kelly, you guys <laugh>.
Kimberly: 37:26 Well, well and this, this is where food doctor and spirituality, which is really where a lot of my uh, work and focus is. It’s so interconnected. This is why the yogis as we know, talk so much in the bagga aita. There’s a whole discussion around food soic foods, lot of discussion around fruit. And so it’s almost like they work together. The more we meditate and the more we connect. And I love this section in your book here around, um, you put in emotional awareness and you talked about aligning with God. Right? So it’s like when we’re aligned in our energy, the body also heals. And we are also attracted to the foods that heal us. Like you said, the consciousness rises.

Dr. Morse: 38:04 Well look at the ASCE and agnostic Christians and stuff. They were totally into the raw foods. The ASCE were. Yeah. You see the gospel peace. Yes. And so look at that and you see a higher awareness in the beings. You see the movement to the living foods. And it probably goes back to the Egyptian days, but all that is suppressed and hushed cause the consciousness of the day. You know, I’ve been 50 years helping people 50 years go back. When I first started in health food stores were considered underground the mention of health foods. Oh my God, how could you? Yeah. At health food stores. Now there’s one on every corner. I mean, it, it’s just, you have to see the growth of an expansion of awareness. But it seems like it’s so slow. But it’s, you know,
Kimberly: 38:52 Well it’s so ra what it is too. It’s so radical for people that grew up in a certain way, eating a certain diet, having milk every meal or whatever as a child to under, oh my God, let’s not even talk about dairy for a minute, doctor.
Dr. Morse: 39:07 I grew up farming farm
Kimberly: 39:08 Boy. Yeah. Indiana. I read it.
Dr. Morse: 39:10 Oh, Indiana. We had milk, milk, milk. I couldn’t breathe. I had migraines all the time. I used nose drops to breathe through my nose. And they said, oh, it’s just your muscles or your eye muscles are not mature enough. We want you to read an hour every day. Try reading with a migraine and all the congestion and the constipation from these foods. And I suffered immensely. Didn’t realize it was the food I was eating.
Kimberly: 39:36 So again, it goes back to some people say, oh, some people can handle dairy better than others. Yes. But on a, on a species level, we aren’t really meant to eat this. The milk of another animal.
Dr. Morse: 39:46 Not really. After, after age two, supposedly you lose lactase. So most of the humans, maybe for some Brits, but most humans lost their ability to digest milk. But even nowadays with the children and mother, another thing is mother’s milk. If you’re a mother and you wanna breastfeed, make sure you get some pH papers and make sure your breast milk is alkaline. Right. You do not wanna feed your baby acid breast milk. And if the mother’s eating acid foods, her breast milk will become acidic. Yes. The little baby gets congested, colicky and all these things runs ’em to the y I spent a number of years in emergency rooms. Here comes a baby with a little ninety nine, a hundred one degree temperature. They give ’em a little Tylenol and antibiotic and send them home. No, no, no. Mom quit feeding ’em acid milks, you know, and get ’em into a healthy thing. So we, we had to take our babies after four months and get ’em on fruit chickens and fruits because it is just, and then we have tumors and babies and stuff. We have a lot of problems in the newborns and stuff nowadays. Cause if a
Kimberly: 40:45 For pointing that out, thank you doctor, because sometimes we hear, and across the board, breast milk is healthy and um, ideally philo, philosophically speaking, and if someone’s eating a healthy diet, it would be healthy. Right. But thank you for pointing out. If the mother is eating a toxic acid filled diet, breast milk is no longer healthy.
When breast milk is no longer healthy
Dr. Morse: 41:05 No longer healthy. Now, if the mother’s not filtering her metabol lytic acids from her cells, neither is the baby. Right? Cause the baby hooked to her blood and lymphatic systems and the nine chances are 10, their kidneys are the same or worse condition than the mothers. And the baby’s not filtering its own acids from its own system. So, uh, it’s a bad thing. And that’s why you see so many mutations in infants and of course pituitary weaknesses. And you have babies.
Dr. Morse: 00:11 when you’re eating acid ash foods, those are gonna be your meats. Your dead animal foods, your dead animal milks. Uh, it’s gonna be beans and grains for the most part. This builds up all this acid and mucus in the body, and this suppresses the function of these, uh, organs and glands. And so, uh, and it also turns your milks and your fluids acidic. And that is a serious problem. And your blood starts stealing your calcium out. Depression can set in your bones, everything, your skin starts sagging, your uterus starts collapsing. You know, you have all kinds of problems like this. And you can turn all of this around by understanding just the two sides of chemistry and which foods offer you hydration and health, and the fact that you’ve gotta pay attention to your lymphatic system and proper elimination through your kidneys, or you’re gonna be diagnosed with an autoimmune problem.
Kimberly: 01:04 You know, Dr. I, as I mentioned, I was a raw foodist for a couple years. I’ve been vegan for many years. But I have to say that it has, you know, the, the, the quinoa, which I’ll soak or the lentil soaked, it does build up to an extent when we want something warm or grounding. But then I say, you know what? Maybe it’s time for me to get back to more, um, nuts and seeds. No, you’re not a big nut eater either. No. I used
Why eating nuts and seeds is discouraged
Dr. Morse: 01:31 To be, I was living at, I lived out in the woods eating oranges in a little Volkswagen camper band as a hermit. So I got out of the woods and I thought, what am I gonna do? So I opened up health food stores and I started eating nuts like crazy, you know? Yeah. Uh oh. Down goes my health, you know, I, it’s, but nuts are acid for me. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So in moderation, when you’re not going after something or an infl inflammation in your body, or tumors, or you’re not going after your nervous system. Yeah. A few little almonds or pecans, you know, with some raisins maybe, or whatever. Yeah. But if you get on and talk to all our students and stuff, we have a huge Facebook site on Great Gate. Uh, they’ll tell you, you know, how they feel eating nuts and not eating nuts. And it’s funny, you assume that nuts are healthy. Yeah. An example, walnuts. If you had to take a walnut off the tree and open it up yourself, how many would you eat? One.

Dr. Morse: 02:30 It is so hard. And all the dyes all over you. I mean, it is a mess. It’s almost like saying, you know, uh, maybe you better pass on this food.
Kimberly: 02:41 <laugh>. Well then, doctor, let’s go back to, let’s say we’re not in the middle, middle of a, of a disease crisis. We’re maintaining someone like myself. So, high fruit diet. Yes. Greens and vegetables, avocado for fruit. What would you say is like the ideal? Some vegetable soap, some green grains and beans. Not too much.
Dr. Morse: 03:01 Okay. So breakfast should always be fruit. You’re breaking the fast from the night before. So breakfast should always be a big fruit meal. Mm-hmm. <affirmative> and ma’am, they’ll give you energy till noon. If not, eat more fruit till noon. Noon. Have yourself a large salad. Have yourself some steamed vegetables if you want. If you have to have some dead animals, put a piece of chicken or something on that salad. Right. <laugh>, I mean, if you gotta eat it, put it on a salad and give you some enzymes to help break it down and everything. Yes. Even though it’s an acid hit first, it’s kind of like a tug of war, because everything is mac can alkaline digestive process, except most acid ash foods and proteins need that stomach, hydrochloric acid and Pepsi. So you’re almost neutralizing your, your digestive enzymes when you’re eating these two. But still, you’ll feel better if you have a salad with a dead piece of meat. Right. So if you don’t have that and you wanna stay away from dead animal, then have yourself some, uh, soup or some vegetable steam vegetables or something at night, I highly recommend another fruit meal. You’ll dream better. You’ll have, uh mm. Get up better and everything else.
Kimberly: 04:03 Yeah. And it sounds like if someone’s listening to us like, oh, that feels so light. It feels so extreme. But I can say for myself, the periods when I go in, which is the warmer months a lot, doctor, you know what? I’m in Hawaii, or when I’m here, lar high, high fruit diet, it takes a little transition, but then when I’m in it, I feel so clear and so good. It’s a whole other way of being. And sometimes if you’re really used to, I eat the sandwiches every day and I have the chicken and the pasta and like, it’s, it’s a big, um, it’s a leap, but it can be done. It’s just a transition. We have to wrap our minds around.
Dr. Morse: 04:39 Break your habits. Yeah. And the other problem with this, most people are full of fungus from eating that way. So someone that has a lot of fungus in ’em, you’ll be growing moles on their body, but also they’ll crave your cheese. And you’re for many foods, your breads, your cheeses. Yeah. Your pastas, potatoes, things like that. They, they gotta have that, that that’s their fungus cravings. And you can get rid of the fungus out of people or get it way down by using botanicals and they lose their cravings. Yes. And once you lose your fungus craving, it’s a whole different world. And then your obese, you know, we work a little slower with you, you know, my heaviest patient was 7 7, 770 pounds, and I had to go slow with them. They just couldn’t jump a hundred percent raw, you know? Right.
Kimberly: 05:24 So let’s talk about, let’s get granular for a minute, doctor, with a couple questions that people always ask. And one of them is with spinach and greens absorbability. So I have a glow green smoothie that we’ve been promoting here for years with fruit and lemon juice and greens. And sometimes people say, oh, but should I also have cooked spinach? Right. For the, you know, the oxalic acid and all the different things. So can you talk to us a little bit about absorbability, bone health, osteoporosis, and cooked and raw greens sort of in the, in the mix
Absorbability of green veggies
Dr. Morse: 05:53 <laugh>? Yeah. I mean, anything you cook, you’re going to change the bonds of chemistry. Chemistry’s a family, but I’ll give you an example. Arsenic is a distant cousin in the family of chemistry. Bring it forward and it’ll kill you, you know? Yeah. So, uh, chemistry is important to keep intact. And when you cook, you alter that. You start rebounding chemistry and it bonds. So that’s why you get the oolitic acids and stuff like that. That doesn’t hurt you as much unless your body’s highly acidic. And when your body’s highly acidic, you know, if you’re doing everything wrong and you have a little cooked spinach, you’re gonna survive that. Okay? But if you’re not, and you have a high acidic diet, you’re gonna rebound, uh, oxilates to calcium because calcium’s gonna be pulled from your bones and everything else. If you want good bone health, raw is the only way to go. But the key is the utilization of chemistry. And the utilization of chemistry is done by hormones of steroids. And a case in point, calcium requires para thermo from the parathyroid glands, or you can’t utilize it, then calcium becomes a free radical. Like if you take calcium supplements and you have parathyroid weakness, you’re gonna stone yourself up like a rock.
Kimberly: 07:08 Wow. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So it’s, it’s a large thyroid. It’s looking at the larger picture mm-hmm. <affirmative> and saying, the healthy body should be able to take that calcium from the raw greens.
Dr. Morse: 07:18 Think about this. Your body’s a food processor that’s simple, very simple. The first processor, you have to break apart this form you’re eating. Well, that’s digestive enzyme. So the pancreas and the mouth saliva, some stomach for proteins. That’s how you break all this apart. That’s phase one. So if you have a pancreatic weakness, you might compromise that a little bit. Do you see undigested foods in your stool? You’re not, you’re pancreat problematic. Well, the second phase is you have to absorb what you just, what you just digested. And you’ve mentioned this a couple times before absorption. Yes. Most people don’t know what causes mal-absorption. And I’m gonna direct your attention back to the interstitial spaces in the intestinal walls, which is lymphatic stagnation. So when your lymph system is stagnant, you can’t absorb your nutrition. And then if you do, and you absorb it into the blood, now you have the third phase of utilization.
08:12 How do you utilize calcium and magnesium and magne magni, all these minerals, and that is adrenal steroids and some parathyroid hormones, et et cetera. If you don’t utilize, you have weak adrenals, you’re not producing enough, uh, uh, steroids for the utilization, like even cortisol for sugar metabolism, metabolism’s gonna be off. And the final phase is you gotta eliminate the byproducts and waste from the utilization stage. And that means all these acids have to come out from the cribs and from activity of muscles. All these assets have to be eliminated either through your urine or through sweat.
Kimberly: 08:51 Wow.
Dr. Morse: 08:51 And if you don’t, now you’re retaining all these acids and then you’re diagnosed with an inflammatory process and pretty soon there your calcium dranked out, now you’ve got RA or whatever. And then they start naming all these conditions that you have. In simplistic terms, it’s all about chemistry and the chemistry of your body and easy to fix.
Kimberly: 09:11 Well, this is, this is fascinating, doctor. Be, and one of the, the things that keeps coming up is the lymph system. Instead of talking about the colon and the digestive system where we tend to focus a lot. So eating raw fruit and vegetables is a way to support your lymph exercising. And I know in the, you know, the basic things like dry brushing, like what are the ways we can keep the lymph really healthy? Massages,
Keeping the lymphatic system healthy
Dr. Morse: 09:35 You hit it right on the head. All these things you just said are vital to movement of limb. Let just say though that you’re not filtering through the kidneys and you’re out trying to exercise yourself healthy uhuh, no, you’re gonna lose your joints. You’re gonna lose your knees, you’re gonna fill your elbows, your shoulders. Why I’m exercising. No, you’re exercising, you’re creating a lot of acids, but your body is not removing them.
Kimberly: 10:00 Mm.
Dr. Morse: 10:01 The key is remove what you create.
Kimberly: 10:05 Wow. This is so interesting cuz I, I tend to focus a lot on the GI tract as well. And then, but can we say if our, if our, if we’re, you know, bowel movements, if we’re eating really clean, is it, can we assume the lymph system is a in a good state or is there some sort of markers we should look for?
Tips on how to clean the gut walls
Dr. Morse: 10:25 Well, it’s easy to clean up the gut walls. It’s easy to clean up all the inflamma inflammatory issues on the gut walls. It’s quit eating, uh, acid ash foods. Cause that inflames the gut wall. Right, right. And then it creates a mucoid plaque on the wall. This black plaque you see coming out of people that detoxify. Yes. And then you get a lot of mucus out. The real problem that people are having is in the wall. That’s all your Crohn’s, your IBSs and stuff like this. And that’s in the wall. And that’s interstitial meaning around the cells. And that’s your stagnant lymph coming from lack of kidney filtration. It backs up all through you interstitial in the bowel wall and the heart and the lungs. And then you’re diagnosed with congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema, whatever, whatever, whatever. But it’s still simply the acid accumulation of the body. Your lymph nodes starts swelling. Take a look at this. Your cells are like houses that use your septic tanks, which is your lymph nodes. And then your septic tanks have to drain out to the outside world, which is in the human body, kidneys, and skin.
Kimberly: 11:28 Mm.
Dr. Morse: 11:29 If you’re not, if you’re not eliminating through the kidneys and skin, then your lymph nodes swell and then cells can eliminate their waste to the lymph nodes and all that waste stay around the cells. And then pretty soon those are acids. Then you start affecting cell morphology. Pretty soon you start getting atypical and then into the cancer or degraded or degenerative cells. That’s all that is. You don’t go after cells from what’s causing that. You, you go after the cause of that and then you’re only successful. You don’t have to die treating yourself with cancer. That’s ridiculous.
Kimberly: 11:59 <laugh> are, are there any herbs or anything you prescribe to support the lymph system?
Herbs to support the lymph system
Dr. Morse: 12:04 I have a lot of lymphatic. I have four lymphatic formulas. But you got blood group, poke root, you’ve got Chaparral, you’ve got, uh, plantain. There’s a lot of herbs, but you gotta know how to use ’em properly because some of these are toxic and high dosages. Wow. Blood root. We pull tumors outta people. If we can’t get yourself filtering and get these tumors out, we’ll pull ’em outta ya. <laugh> Blood root is one of the, you know, strong herbs to pull tumors outta your body. And uh, it’s a trip, but it’s a strong herb. Too much of it. Like poke root can be toxic to you. But knowing, knowing that that’s what an herbal job is, to know how to use those improper percentages. But I have a lot of lymphatic formulas. But you’ve gotta remember, you can’t pull on the lymph system without kidneys working or you’ll make your tumors grow.
Kimberly: 12:50 Wow.
Dr. Morse: 12:50 You’ve gotta have kidney filtration, UNO number one. And once it’s on top of the kidneys, the adrenal vans, there’s all the emotions.
Kimberly: 12:58 Yes. There’s
Dr. Morse: 12:59 Norel. Uh, that’s your, that’s your emotional body. Uh, that’s the adrenals and that’s your anxieties. When you have anxiety, that’s your adrenal grounds. That is the autonomic nervous system. That’s asthma. All the C O P D chain, that’s all neurological and that’s all going back to the adrenals. Your kidneys back up, your adrenals are the first to get it. And of course that’s all your steroids, your goads, estrogen, progesterone, testosterones, that’s all of that. And so that’s sugars, uh, that’s your mineral utilizations. Those adrenals are, are huge. And they do a lot of work for us. And almost everybody has ’em down. And that’s your top blood pressure number. Your systolic blood pressure number is your adrenal gland number. And it should be one 20. Anything lower than that, you’re in trouble. Anything higher as your kidneys are pushing it up.
Kimberly: 13:49 Hmm. Well and then, then that’s why they probably say there’s such a connection between fertility and stress. Right. Because it’s Exactly. It’s affecting your kidneys, your hormones. Absolutely. Everything’s outta whack.
Dr. Morse: 14:00 Yeah. When your adrenal glands are down, you stress over everything. Neurological anxieties, the breathing, that’s all that sort of thing. Depression is a whole nother world. And that’s parathyroids and lack of calcium. Mutilization fix ’em off.
Kimberly: 14:13 Wow. Wow. So the first thing, if we were gonna have some takeaways today, and I could talk to you forever, doctor, but is to just increase fruit.
Dr. Morse: 14:23 Hmm.
Kimberly: 14:23 Definitely Keep it simple.
Dr. Morse: 14:25 Keep it simple. Put your limb system Diane, just like you did. Go all wrong. Yeah. Why cook? One animal cooks their food before they eat it. I can’t think of any right off hand. No animal destroys the food they get. Oh look, this is good. You know, pick and uh, and eat. Yeah. Pick pill and eat. That’s all we got. We don’t have rippers or fangs or anything like that. That’s ridiculous. And we don’t, we don’t grind. So vegetables, we’re not herbivores, so we don’t do vegetables. The cellulose is too much. We don’t only have one stomach. Most herbivores have at least two to four.
Kimberly: 14:59 Yeah.
Dr. Morse: 15:00 So big differences, you know, in the species,
Kimberly: 15:03 You know, it, it, it makes a lot of sense. It’s just that sometimes lifestyle-wise, if we live in a cold place, we’re going out to dinner. You know, there’s just these, the factors that come in. But I think, you know, wherever we are, doctor, even if we take some of your suggestions, even if we improve a bit, a percentage, we’re doing better. Better. Yeah.
Dr. Morse: 15:23 Yeah. And if you’re hurting though, go for four, four or five months and really go after it. Yeah. Learn what, how to do this. We have all a lot of videos to help you in all this. Learn how to go after that and then go back and balance yourself out, fix your problems, get your kidneys filtering, and then go a balance yourself out and have some fun. If you have to have a piece of dead animal once in a while, put it with a salad. If you wanna stay away from the dead animals and you want a little oa. Okay,
Kimberly: 15:52 <laugh>. Yeah. And then it just makes sense. It’s this two-way process. Cuz I worry about all the inflammation that’s happening today. Yeah. It’s putting in the, the acid foods and then not taking out the acid foods.
Dr. Morse: 16:06 You know, inflammation is not a disease. The inflammatory process is a natural process. And it’s not just he histamines and interleukins, it is cholesterol, calcium and edema. So your body uses these factors to fight acidosis. And so you’ll see cholesterol problems, calcifications in the body. Edema. I know one girl, little girl, she’s 18 years old, she called me and we were talking, she says, you know, I gained five to 10 pounds taking a shower.
Kimberly: 16:37 Wow.
Dr. Morse: 16:38 I said, does your rings break down on your skin too? I mean, that’s how acidic some people are. That’s scary.
Kimberly: 16:46 Wow. And so, just like you were saying with the calcium, cuz sometimes people worry about iron on a plant-based diet and utilization.
Dr. Morse: 16:54 There’s no deficiencies on, there’s no deficiencies. As long as you digest, you absorb, you utilize and you eliminate properly. You have to fix these processes of the human body or Yeah. You, you can, you can stab a fruit diet and, and say a salad and still get tumors.
Kimberly: 17:12 Oh my gosh.
Dr. Morse: 17:13 If your body is not filtering, this is a big deal. I learned this living in my van years ago. Uh, I learned that the kidneys must filter and I didn’t know about it. You know, I was living in a van and I peed in a jar at night cuz I couldn’t You get up, go to the bathroom. I lived out in the woods. And so I would see the sediment in the, in the jar. Every morning I go, yeah, I’m detox. I didn’t know any better. I said, yeah, I’m detoxing. And then when I became a physician and a biochemist, I all, I read all these urinalysis, clear, clear urine, clear urine. I said, why everybody’s urines clear for, and then it dawned on me. Oh, uh, oh.
Kimberly: 17:50 Wow. Amazing. Doctor. So last question here. Um, and it’s, everything you say is so fascinating, but can you say like, if someone is has generally healthy digestion and they’re having a, a bowel movement, they’re not getting bloated, they have healthy digestion, can they assume that their a limb system is filtering properly or is that completely different? They could have good digestion and poor lymphs. Wow. And how would you know that?
When you know you’re filtering your food properly
Dr. Morse: 18:15 You gotta pee in a jar.
Kimberly: 18:17 Okay. So it’s, you gotta make sure
Dr. Morse: 18:18 Your urine is cloudy and that when you let it set there that you have sediment on the bottom of it.
Kimberly: 18:25 So if the lymph system is not health, we’re not getting the sediment. What are the first things we do, doctor? We go, I guess it goes full circle. Then we go into the, the diet again,
Dr. Morse: 18:36 You’ve gotta work on the cleanup kidney. Sometimes it’s not easy to get ’em filtering because they’re full of inflammation, they’re swollen and breaking down. Look at dialysis. So many people are going for kidney failure and on dialysis and it’s just, you have to understand that you’ve gotta get your kidneys filtering. And vegetables are not good at getting kidneys to filter. You need a stringent fruits and sometimes botanicals. We actually use two herbal formulas of people when they come to us to get the kidneys opened up. Because if we can’t get the kidneys filtering, your tumors are not going anywhere but growing.
Kimberly: 19:07 Wow. Yeah. Well, doctor, thank you so much for being here with us today. It’s been amazing. Can you share with us where we can find out more about your work and learn more about your teachings?

Look at the young man that dad, uh, broke a lot of bones in him and, uh, got about a fourth of his brain matter, uh, destroyed. Look what we did with this child through mother’s milk.
