Hi Kimberly – can you share any tips on how to improve digestion without necessarily taking supplements. Sometimes I just can’t afford them and would like suggestions on how to use healthier food choices and which ones are better?

Is it true that eating prunes can help with constipation? I’m not a fan. Are there other food sources that can assist with going to the bathroom more consistently?

What is considered healthy elimination? I have at least one bowel movement a day but that just doesn’t seem like enough to remove all the toxins out of my body?

My nutritionist told me I don’t assimilate my food very well and made some suggestions on what to take. However, I know you talk about digestion a lot. How do I know if this is from the foods I eat or if I am just prone to poor digestion from birth? I eat plant-based and avoid sugar, meat and dairy products.
